An occupied-office improvement programme coordinating HVAC, partitions, fire-system interfaces, finishes, lighting and comms-room labelling.
The work is being delivered through several specialist contractors in an operational call-centre environment. Progress depends on accurate sequencing: the glass partition requires a final site measure before manufacture, the smoke-detector change must remain compatible with the existing fire system, and lighting, decoration and ICT work need to move forward without creating avoidable rework.

The new air outlets have been completed. The glass-wall package is held at the correct decision point until final measurement can be taken and the bespoke sections manufactured to the installed condition.
The smoke-detector activity is being controlled around compatibility with the existing fire alarm and the availability of the correct components, avoiding an unsuitable substitution simply to preserve programme dates.
Lighting switches, door painting and comms-room patch-label work are sequenced around access and other trades, with cabinet presentation and traceability treated as part of the office handover rather than an afterthought.
While the project remains in progress, the client has a clear record of what is complete, what is awaiting technical confirmation and which contractor owns the next action. That visibility protects both programme quality and the final user environment.
